Ok, so not really a big kid... But mama hasn't posted much for me lately so here's a few updates...

1. I eat solid foods now, my favorites are peaches, pears and peas! i guess i like the letter "p" :) (like mom...pam :)

2. I sit up and crawl around, everywhere.

3. I am hot blooded and am consitently sweating b/c of #2

4. My daddy is the funniest guy in the world to me, nobody makes me laugh like him.

5. I now know my name is "thomas"!

Thomas was baptized this past December. This is a famiy pic from it.

Thomas is now almost 5 months (next week). God has been amazing us with what Thomas can do...

1. He loves to grunt and try to sit up...can't quite do it but its so fun to watch

2. Rolls over a lot...but of course only when he wants to, he won't do it on the spot

3. He thinks the camera is so weird. We have to act like its not around and then quickly take a snapshot

4. says "mamamamamamama" i think of course he is saying "Mama" but Oliver isn't so convinced

5. started eating rice cereal...then went to the doctor and she said to stop for a month - he is 90th percintile in height and weight

6. loves reading books. He can now hold them...but they usually end up in his mouth :)

7. he is now sleeping about 12 hours at night (with 1-2 feedings) which is great. when hewakes up he loves coming to bed with us and snuggling. often he talks and talks and makes himself laugh. he is a morning person like his father (not that his father likes to get up early, but he has a lot of energy)

8. puts everything in his mouth if he can

9. discovered his feet - and also tries to put them in his mouth...but his tummy gets in the way

10. loves to drive and look out the window (as long as the sun isn't in his eyes)

Here is Thomas with his AH cousin and then his Honsowetz cousins. We had such a great time visiting and meeting family for the first time over Christmas. We miss them all already!!

And here's Thomas! It is so fun now that we are getting more and more into a routine. He has an active time and loves it! Here he is smiling away while I make silly faces and tickles his tummy (plus he went a little something in his pants when we were done!)

6. rolls his eyes again and again until he falls asleep

First Snow!

It was so fun Saturday afternoon as we look outside and it began to snow! We immediately went and put on Thomas' snowsuit (WAY too big but adorable) and headed outside. He just looked and looked around at these weird little one flakes falling from the sky. It was so much fun!

Thomas is now starting to smile on his own, its adoarble! His grandparents from the McLemore side have been here, its been great to have the extra help. We miss family a lot. Thomas had his month appointment and still needs to gain a bit of weight, but other than that he is a healthy, happy baby :) Mama and Daddy are doing fine, loving watching him grow. He does have a mullet which I will take a photo of and put it up later, its hilarious.

today more g'parents come! it was just oliver & i last nite w/ thomas. we're tired but thankful he's so fun (but it'll be nice when he sleeps more:).

Thomas likes to walk outside, but really only on the bumpy roads. It puts him to sleep, funny kid :) Today we went to the American Embassy and started the passport process. Seriously we love his cute little passport photo, he's fast asleep. It has been a big few days with circumcision and choosing a country to be a citizen of, the kid is pooped out so pretty much all we do is eat and sleep. Already we can't believe how much he is changing and growing.
